Dagger Phantom
The Dagger Phantom is the boat whitewater paddlers have been waiting for. This creek/ whitewater race boat is fast, nimble and predictable setting you up for an enjoyable day on the river!
If speed, style and stoke is what you are looking for from a kayak then the Phantom is for you. The high rocker profile and quick planning hull design will have you bouncing over roostertails and boofing every drop. A combination of stern rocker and edges create an agile and snappy boat which will enable you to navigate around obstacles easily allowing you to push your paddling through steep technique sections or when peeling out of an eddy above that ‘Park N Huck’ waterfall you have been dreaming about.
The 9ft planning hull makes this kayak super quick and the combination of volume distribution and squared stern design provides a forgiving and predictable boat which instead of getting stuck in or pulled back into a poor over, will proceed to skim over the turbulent water and carry its speed away from trouble with a timed boof stroke.
Daggers top spec ‘Ergo Creek’ outfitting provides high comfort with connectivity allowing you to get the most control out of your boat. The ratchet adjustable back band, foam hip pads and adjustable thigh braces provide security within the cockpit. However, the built in leg lifter allows you to get as snug as can be. The ratchet leg lifter enables you to lift your thighs engaging them with the thigh rests to provide maximum control of your lower body. Finally the adjustable full plate foot rest allows you to have a solid platform while punching features down the river.
Overall the Dagger Phantom is perfect for the seasoned paddler looking for more out of their current creeker or the up and coming shredder wanting to get their head down, catch must make eddies on steeper sections and take the ‘Hero’ line others on the river could only wish they could make.
