The Palm Kaikoura is one of the best sea kayaking buoyancy aids available, featuring the Flex Fit buoyancy foam design, the Kaikoura boasts excellent comfort and freedom of movement. The Vent Mesh Liner and the neoprene lined underarm area help keep the wearer comfortable in varying weather conditions, and there are even fleece lined hand warmer pockets for chilly days. This PFD offers plenty of adjustment for the user, thanks to the Easy Glide nylon shoulder and side straps, helping to achieve the perfect fit for every paddling adventure.
The Kaikoura has multiple pockets for convenient, close-to-hand storage of all your essential items, providing versatile functionality for many disciplines of paddling. The front pockets have ample space for whatever you may want to carry; a VHF radio, GPS, a safety knife, flares, food etc. and with fixing points inside there is no problem keeping your equipment secure. The pockets offer enough storage space to keep even the most well-prepared paddlers happy; the large rear pocket provides enough room for a water bladder, and there’s an exit from the top for your drinking tube.
